In the Know: 2026 So Far

Jan and Feb 26 highlights

There has always been more to a name. The Knowledge Group was built on a simple belief: that the best outcomes come from real insight, honest information, and a genuine understanding of what clients and suppliers are up against. That is what drives us, and as we move through 2026, it is shaping everything we are doing.

After celebrating our fifth birthday last year, we were determined to take things up a notch. Across client delivery, partnership events, and the knowledge and insight we share with the market, the first few months of the year have kept us very busy. Here are some of our highlights.

A record-breaking 2025 and what comes next

2025 was a landmark year for The Knowledge Group. Every target set was exceeded, including supporting organisations in sourcing over 10,000 seats of outsourced services from our whole-of-market supply chain across the last twelve months.

Looking ahead, 2026 will see the next evolution of our services, designed to support both buyers and suppliers in achieving their strategic goals. Leading with knowledge and insight, our services, events, and collaboration programmes will help advance the industry together, ensuring both growth and sustainability.

On the ground with clients

Our client work spans both private and public sector organisations, across areas including BPO, marketing, finance, technology, retail, and facilities management. The early months of 2026 have taken us across the globe, from South Africa to Germany, and we are looking forward to visiting Ethiopia in March. Understanding markets at ground level, building relationships, and knowing what is really happening in a location is central to the value we bring. It is what allows us to guide clients to the right partners for them, the right commercial models, and the right outcomes.

In the room

The first months of 2026 have brought some genuinely memorable events, and we are grateful to everyone who has joined us.

Brilliant Minds, hosted by Harvey Thorneycroft Limited, brought together clients and partners for an evening of extraordinary stories. From near-death experiences in the Atlantic to starting out in a kitchen at seventeen, to drawing leadership lessons from Formula 1 in the world of cardiology, the insights shared were as diverse as they were inspiring.

BPO Briefing in a Speakeasy, delivered in partnership with CCMA and set inside a barbershop speakeasy, was a fittingly unconventional venue for a thought-provoking session. Perspectives from AI expert, Elvis Melia, sat alongside inspirational leadership lessons from Will Greenwood, and the discussion among attendees made one thing clear: there is a great deal to learn from one another in a sector navigating both significant change and genuine opportunity.

HR Summit brought us into conversation with senior HR leaders, exploring how organisations can improve diversity through their hiring channels and how leaders can transform their approach to indirect spend.

Dinner on ESG, in partnership with Positive Planet, tackled how environmental, social, and governance criteria are being assessed in practice and what it takes to succeed in bids where these standards are front and centre. The conversation was thoughtful, practical, and refreshingly honest, aiming to support organisations embed sustainability meaningfully into their businesses.

CCW Berlin gave us the opportunity to connect with attendees exploring innovation in customer service and to exchange ideas on where the industry is heading. With our services supporting clients across Europe and beyond, our priority is always staying in the know about what's really happening.

New ventures

We are excited to announce the launch of In the Know, our new podcast series where BPO and CX leaders let you in on their journey, their competitive advantage, and their view of what comes next. Keep an eye on LinkedIn, YouTube, Spotify and Instagram.

We are also delighted to be supporting The Forum on the Outsource Forum this year, with the first virtual session launching in March. See here for further information on how to get involved.

More events are in the pipeline. Watch this space.

Looking forward

The Knowledge Group exists to help organisations improve service, lower costs, and manage risk through genuinely independent procurement support. No hidden fees, no false promises, and no opinions clouding good decision-making. That is how we have always worked.
