The Knowledge Group is delighted to announce our partnership with Call & Contact Centre Expo, with the launch of the CONNECT: Concierge programme, our one-to-one matching service for buyers and suppliers attending this year’s event.
Building on the success of previous years of hosted buyer programmes, we have teamed up with Call & Contact Centre Expo to enhance and streamline attendees’ experience at the event.
Our CONNECT: Concierge programme is a brand new offering this year, matching buyers with suppliers in our bespoke one-to-one meeting programme, based on buyers’ requirements and priorities. In the run up to the event, advisory and sourcing specialists, tkg, will look to understand buyers’ current pain points and needs, and create a programme for on the day, so they only meet the suppliers who have been identified as suitable for them. Suppliers therefore are able to gain great exposure to decision-makers and organisations interested in their particular service offering and capabilities. Participants will also benefit from advice and expertise from The Knowledge Group’s team throughout the programme, including their session at the event giving guidance around sourcing best practice and our exclusive networking event at the end of day one for buyers.
